6. Prohibited Activities
Strictly prohibited:

✦ Exception: Purchased live phone or video calls
✦ Sharing personal contact details

6a. Protection of Sellers & User Conduct
The following behavior is forbidden:

✦ Harassment, threats, coercion, blackmail, or intimidation
✦ Any attempt to cause physical, emotional, reputational, or financial harm
Violations may result in:
✦ Immediate account termination
✦ Loss of access to content

6b. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers must:

7. Seller Rules
7.1 Pricing

7.4 Do No Harm

7.5 Shipping & Packaging
Guidelines (Physical Goods)
Sellers offering physical goods are required to comply with the following shipping guidelines:

✦ Sellers are responsible for protecting their personal information, including avoiding real names, return addresses, or identifying details where possible

✦ Failure to follow these guidelines may result in account restrictions or suspension.
8. Payments, Refunds & Disputes
8.1 Payments

8.2 Refunds

8.6 Delivery Disputes
In the event of a delivery dispute:

✦ The platform may review disputes but does not guarantee refunds or replacements
✦ Proof of shipment or delivery may be requested from the seller
✦ Improper packaging or failure to follow shipping guidelines may be considered seller fault
✦ For digital goods, delivery is considered complete once access has been provided.
✦ Disputes based on dissatisfaction or change of mind do not constitute grounds for a refund unless legally required.
